Last night, the London Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted an unforgettable edition of Junior Business After Five, an evening dedicated entirely to spotlighting the next generation of business leaders. In partnership with JA Southwestern Ontario, the event transformed our space at 244 Pall Mall Street into a vibrant marketplace filled with creativity, courage, and innovation from youth aged 8 to 15.

The energy in the room was remarkable. Families, Chamber members, business owners, and community supporters explored booth after booth, each one showcasing the unique talents and budding entrepreneurial spirit of London’s youth. From handcrafted products to live musical performances, our young exhibitors demonstrated the kind of passion and professionalism that inspires confidence in the future of our local business community.

Meet Our Young Exhibitors

Each young entrepreneur brought something special, adding colour, creativity, and talent to the evening. Here are the standout young innovators who made the night unforgettable:

🎨 Ava’s Creations

Ava brought an explosion of colour and charm with her handmade clay jewelry, character charms, and the crowd-favourite boo-boo bunnies. Each piece was crafted with care and sold with a smile—small treasures that brightened everyone’s evening.

🎹 The Piano Kid

Guests were treated to live music from a gifted young pianist whose performances added warmth and elegance to the event. Many attendees paused just to enjoy the beautiful melodies filling the room.

📚 Dezy’s Mundo

Desmond, actor and published young author, proudly showcased his book series Dezy’s Mundo. Attendees had the opportunity to meet him, purchase signed copies, and support a rising storyteller with a powerful imagination.

🌸 Coil & Bloom

Bursting with creativity, Coil & Bloom displayed vibrant, handcrafted pipe-cleaner flowers—bright, cheerful pieces that last forever. These colourful blooms quickly became one of the most photographed displays of the evening.

A Night of Learning, Connection, and Inspiration

Beyond the products and performances, Junior Business After Five provided each young exhibitor with hands-on experience in customer service, communication, marketing, and sales—skills that will serve them well as they continue to grow and build their entrepreneurial dreams.

Attendees had the chance to speak directly with the youth exhibitors, ask questions, make purchases, and offer encouragement. Many guests commented on how refreshing and inspiring it was to see such talent and confidence at such a young age.

Thank You to Our Partners and Supporters

This event would not have been possible without the dedication and partnership of JA Southwestern Ontario, whose work continues to shape the next generation of leaders and innovators across our region.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Chris McAuley, Speaking Coach and Corporate Trainer, for generously sponsoring this year’s Junior Business After Five. His commitment to building communication and leadership skills in youth was felt throughout the evening.

To every parent, volunteer, attendee, and Chamber member who joined us—thank you for uplifting our young entrepreneurs and strengthening London’s future.
