2026 Annual General Meeting Notice and Proposed By-law Amendments
Members of the London Chamber of Commerce are invited to review the official notice materials for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, taking place in person on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the London Chamber of Commerce Meeting Rooms, Suite 101, 244 Pall Mall Street, London, Ontario.
Formal business will take place from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m., followed by a cocktail reception from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The meeting will include reports from the outgoing Chair, Treasurer and CEO, a special guest address from Mayor Josh Morgan, the appointment of the auditor, the election of the Board-approved Director slate, and consideration of proposed amendments to By-law No. 1.

Members are encouraged to review the materials carefully before the meeting. Completed proxy forms must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
