If you walked into our offices this afternoon, you wouldn’t just hear the sound of conversation; you would feel the buzz of genuine connection, passion, and enthusiasm. Today, January 22, 2026, we saw a long-awaited dream finally become reality as we officially launched the London Chamber’s 2026 Women’s Mentorship Program.

It was a heartwarming sight to see our committee, staff, and—most importantly—our inaugural cohort fill the room. This initiative, the first of its kind for the Chamber, has successfully matched over 20 ambitious mentees with experienced mentors for a transformative 12-month journey.

More Than Just Networking

While the connections made today were instant, this program is designed for long-term impact. Specifically tailored to accelerate women entrepreneurs in the London region, we are looking beyond simple introductions to address the unique challenges women face in business.

Over the next year, these mentor-mentee pairs will focus on:
