Our Women’s Mentorship Program is designed to connect women with inspiring mentors who provide guidance, support, and advice to help them achieve their personal, professional, or academic goals. This initiative fosters skill development, leadership growth, and career advancement while addressing the unique challenges women face.

As a committee member, you’ll help shape the future of the program by:

• Assisting with mentor/mentee recruitment and matching
• Supporting program planning and event coordination
• Promoting the program within your networks
• Providing insight and feedback to enhance participant experience
