Ask the Experts is a series of monthly workshops led by successful, knowledgeable professionals who are eager to pass on their expertise to other business owners.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the Ask the Experts program is offered free of charge to our members. Future chamber members are also welcome to attend for a fee of $35.
Each session features a keynote speaker and a panel of professionals who will discuss topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, Marketing, and Human Resources. Topics are based on the recent member survey where Chamber members were given the option to let us know what topics they would like to learn more about.
You’ll have the chance to engage directly with the experts, ask questions, and gain helpful insights.

Ladder HR Solutions session goal is to empower small to medium businesses to exercise their rights in managing absenteeism of sick or disabled employees. We will review best practices to support business leaders to appropriately manage employee absenteeism related to sickness and disability. Information will be shared related to what you can ask of an employee on leave, what to do with the information, and how to accommodate and make it work for both of you.
