Blood feeds the hair, so whatever is in the bloodstream, is going to be in the hair. I can tell a lot about a person's Health and lifestyle by looking at their hair, and I believe that in order to have beautiful hair, you need to take care of your health. Health conditions, sensitivities, and environmental conditions affect the condition of the hair, so before I start with a client I spend a few minutes talking to them about their hair, their health, and their lifestyle, and that helps me to customize my service, and sometimes advise that they seek medical care.
