About Us

During our 30 years in business Meeting Encore has developed, and continues to develop, a knowledge base of hotels, conference centres and professional contacts worldwide that allows us to negotiate rates and concessions that are unavailable to most meeting planners within various organizations be it non-for-profit or corporate.

Because we work independently, we have no affiliation with the locations we source so are able to offer impartial opinions and advice. Our dedication to achieving the best for our clients has earned us the respect of hotels, conference centres, tourism bureaus and meeting professionals across Canada and worldwide.

The Meeting Encore team books over 1,500 meetings a year and this benefits our clients not only by leveraging our buying power, along with the buying power of the organization, but it also allows us to ensure that cost savings are met in a number of areas. Consolidating spend under one umbrella can be very affective when looking to save costs.

While Meeting Encore’s solution is to save our clients time and money it often goes beyond that. We have been asked to produce cost savings reports, get involved with the creation of the event budget and secure support (sometimes financial) from the local Tourism Bureau’s. It can change from one client to another.
