They examined a range of immigration issues, including the recruitment, selection, settlement, integration, and retention of immigrants. The Roundtable consulted with some of Canada's leading economists, researchers, and senior members of the public service from both the Governments of Ontario and Canada. The Roundtable appointees also included Allan O'Dette, President and CEO of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
"We thank Minister Sousa for the opportunity to prepare this report, and we stand ready to help advance Ontario's first-ever immigration strategy", said Kotsiomitis.
