Food & Beverage
The London Chamber of Commerce will arrange food, coffee and beverage service for meetings, conferences and other gatherings. Depending on meeting requirements, coffee and beverage service can include disposable cups or chinaware. Coffee service is set up in the room and is always checked by an attendant for refreshers.
The Chamber can also accommodate specified coffee-break times that are in accordance with your meeting agenda.
Party Trays & Special Orders
If you require hors d'oeuvres or finger foods for receptions or special meetings, our caterers can prepare an attractive selection of cheese, fruit and vegetable trays. They can also prepare tea sandwiches in a variety of selections. Hot hors d'oeuvres can be specially ordered by the Chamber from our caterer, at your request.
2008 Menu
Breakfast menu options include:
- Pastry Trays (assorted bagels/muffins/danish/breads),
- Continential Breakfasts (fruit tray, assorted pastry tray),
- Fruit Salad/Yogurt Parfaits
- Quiches (ham & cheese/broccoli/mushroom)
The Chamber can also arrange a hot breakfast buffet.
Lunch menu items include:
- Soup or Relish Tray
- Assorted Sandwiches/Wraps/Crudite & Cookies
- Lasagna (choice of Vegetable or Meat Lasagna served with Caesar Salad & Rolls and cookies
- Hot meal sandwiches (all Hot sandwiches are served with Garden Salad and cookies; Choose from either Chicken Santa Fe ( A boneless breast of chicken smothered with tomatoes, onions and salsa atop a fresh Kaiser with lettuce and tomato)or Barbecue Beef on a Bun (Slow Roasted Prime Rib piled high on a baguette with onions and peppers, smothered with mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce)
