    What is SWEATworking? 

    SWEATworking is one of the latest crazes in networking, that combines networking with a fun workout. But why would you want to go to a gym and get all sweaty around people that you’re trying to impress? Research shows that it’s actually easier to make connections when you’re sharing an activity together - and with all our busy lives, why not combine fitness with business!

    Your SWEATworking session consists of a 20-30 minute workout, followed by a time of networking. 

    SWEATworking Instructor, Kim Simpson
    Kim Simpson is a Kinesiologist and holds a PhD in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Kim is a Program and Partnership Consultant for GoodLife Fitness and GoodLife Kids Foundation and works at Western in the Faculty of Health Sciences.  Kim is a passionate fitness professional who also teaches group fitness classes for GoodLife Fitness.  In her graduate studies and her career, Kim is committed to helping to provide fitness opportunities for all.

    What is RPM?
    RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.
