SWEATworking Instructor, Lisle Maloney
Lisle Maloney has worked with GoodLife Fitness for over 20 years. He has been in many roles within the company, however found his true passion when he began teaching BodyPump 10 years ago. Since that time Lisle has become one of the most popular instructors in London and was named as one of the Fitness Instructors of Excellence for 2018. When he isn't coaching people to be strong in Pump, he can be found working one on one with clients as a Personal Trainer at the Talbot Village club. He is also a team training coach and RPM instructor.
What is BodyPump?
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
